Annie has designed a comprehensive approach to strategic planning to uniquely equip organizational growth and development. Annie led the design and execution of the 2017-2018 pilot year of the Central Valley Leadership Program, preparing 13 new school principals from five organizations across the Central Valley. She has been employed by and consulted for both charter and traditional public schools as a Teach for America alumnae, former Minneapolis Public School District curriculum and data consultant, and strategic advisor to KIPP St. Louis’s regional expansion. Annie holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Journalism and African American History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a former Big Ten Conference athlete and is a current member of the San Francisco Olympic Club Women’s National Basketball team.
